10DLC Registration Policies & Terms

1. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Prohibited Uses: InvoiceTextPay (PayClaw) is a 1st-party payment facilitation and notification platform. Our platform strictly prohibits the processing of debts purchased from third parties, third-party collections, or the transmission of messages related to payday loans, title loans, and legal escalation. All invoices uploaded for notification must represent a direct 1st-party relationship between the merchant and the consumer, and must not exceed 45 days past the original due date.

2. Privacy Policy (SMS Data Protection)

SMS Data Sharing: We respect your privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties under any circumstances.

3. SMS Consent Clause

For Merchants (Required at Point of Checkout): "By providing your phone number, you agree to receive transactional payment reminders and invoice notifications via SMS from [Merchant Name]. Message frequency varies based on invoice status. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for support."

4. Platform Pricing Disclosure

InvoiceTextPay's default Stripe Connect application fee is 3% + $1.00 per paid invoice transaction. Fees are configurable by the platform operator and may vary by merchant plan or agreement.
